By downloading or using NoFine, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. ABOUT NOFINE
NoFine is a mobile application that uses GPS geofencing to detect when you enter charge zones and reminds you to pay the applicable fees. NoFine is an independent product and is not affiliated with any airport, local authority, or government body.
2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are solely responsible for paying all applicable charges and fees on time.
- NoFine is a reminder tool — we do not guarantee detection of every zone entry in all conditions.
- You must ensure your vehicle registration plate is entered correctly for payment links and reminders to work.
- Grant the app background location permission for automatic zone detection to function.
3. NO LIABILITY FOR PENALTIES
NoFine is designed to help you avoid penalties, but we cannot guarantee that every zone entry will be detected or that every reminder will be received. We accept no liability for any fines, penalties, or charges you incur, whether or not you used the app.
4. ACCURACY OF ZONE DATA
Zone coordinates, fees, and payment links are based on publicly available information and are updated periodically. NoFine makes no warranty that zone data is current, complete, or accurate. Always verify payment requirements directly with the relevant authority.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
- Use NoFine only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the app.
- Do not use the app while driving — always pull over safely before interacting.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, and code within NoFine is the property of NoFine and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
