HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

LOCATION DATA

NoFine uses background location access to detect when you enter airport drop-off zones. This data is processed entirely on your device using iOS geofencing. We do not collect, store, or transmit your location to our servers at any point.

DATA STORAGE

Your name, vehicle plate, and push notification token are stored on our secure servers hosted on Railway (US West). All other data — including charges, payment history, and app settings — is stored locally on your device only and never leaves it.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

DATA RETENTION

Your data is retained for as long as you use the app. You can delete all your data at any time by tapping "Reset & Start Over" in the Settings screen.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

NoFine is intended for use by professional drivers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
